Are you a therapist or IFS practitioner looking for a space to reflect, grow, and connect about your work? I offer both individual and group consult. We can set up a few meetings for individual support or longer-term ongoing support. Consultation is:

• Conducted virtually (online) and typically offered to therapists and practitioners with Level 1+ training in IFS​ (Internal Family Systems)

• Formatted to fit your needs: including case discussion, sharing resources for further learning, teaching and demonstrating concepts, and support with your parts as therapists’ in the work and a human in the world

• Consultation is able to count towards hours for certification as an IFS therapist, I am an approved IFS clinical consultant

• Rates are: $195/hour for individual consultation; $100/hour, pay as we go for each of the 8 meetings

• I am currently accepting inquiries for those interested in ongoing individual consultation, or seasonal 8-week consultation groups. Reach out here

• Please note, I do not provide oversight to limited permit holders and those who may be seeking hours for licensure at this time

IFS Consult Groups

Groups are designed to offer connection, reflection, and support. While therapy often happens one-to-one, many of us also need spaces where clinical thinking, learning, and healing can unfold in community. Small consultation groups create room for a more collaborative field, where we can slow down, reflect together, and remember that we’re not meant to carry this work alone.

We’ll gather around clinical questions, stuck points, and the parts of us that show up in the therapeutic space. There will also be space for teaching, resource sharing, and conversations that support growth and expansion. I hold each group with the intention of deepening IFS practice, strengthening trust in Self-energy, and learning in community.

Participants are asked to be Level 1+ trained and to have an active caseload. Groups meet virtually via Zoom for 8 sessions.

Please reach out if you’re interested in joining a future 8-week consultation group. Enrollment is open until the 6-person cap is met. If the timing of a current group doesn’t align, you’re still welcome to reach out with your interest and availability—I run at least one consultation group each season.

Payment is through SimplePractice, pay-as-you-go, $100 per meeting.

Individual consultation has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Consult group sessions are held with the same members throughout the reserved time block, and fees are charged automatically the evening after each meeting. Because space is limited, the full fee generally applies regardless of attendance. If you’re unable to attend, please let me know as soon as you can. I understand that unexpected or extenuating circumstances can arise, and I’m open to conversation when that happens.
