• Conducted virtually (online) and typically offered to therapists and practitioners with Level 1+ training in IFS​ (Internal Family Systems)

• Formatted to fit your needs: including case discussion, sharing resources for further learning, teaching and demonstrating concepts, and support with your parts as therapists’ in the work

• Consultation is able to count towards hours for certification as an IFS therapist, I am an approved IFS clinical consultant

• Rates are: $195/hour for individual consultation or supervision; $100/hour, pay as you go for each meeting (I am currently accepting inquiries for those interested in ongoing individual consultation, or seasonal 8-week consultation groups)

• Please note, I do not provide oversight to limited permit holders and those who may be seeking hours for licensure at this time

IFS consultation groups

Who are these Consult groups for?

Groups are designed to offer connection, reflection, and support in the work of offering IFS therapy. Practicing as a therapist can feel like a solo sport; these small groups are a chance to bring in more of a team feel. We’ll gather to connect and reflect on clinical questions, stuck points, the parts of us that show up in the therapeutic space, teaching and resource sharing etc. Each group is intended as a brave container to deepen IFS practice in community.

All participants are asked to be Level 1+ trained, with active caseloads. The groups will meet virtually for 8 meetings via Zoom, 1-1:55pm Eastern Time Zone.

Spring Consult Group Dates:

Tuesday group, 1pm ET: Feb 10 24, March 10 24, April 7 21, May 12 19, 2026

Thursday group, 1pm ET: Feb 5 19 [skip March 5], March 12 26, April 9 23, May 7 21, 2026

Accepting enrollment in each group until the 6 person cap is met. If interest in a 8-week consult group and the timing doesn't align, still email me with interest and availability as I'll run a consultation group each season. Payment is through Simple Practice, pay as you go, $100 per meeting
