EMDR & IFS Intensive

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) uses knowledge from neuroscience to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories, and support the nervous system in healing.  EMDR is a trauma-based treatment; it can be used to target specific traumatic experiences as well as anxiety, relationship challenges, and other difficulties in daily life where you might be wanting focused support.

Internal Family Systems is a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to therapy, based in understanding ourselves through an inner system made up of our core self and various parts. By supporting people to understand various parts of themselves, and to access their Self, from that core, individuals come to understand and befriend their parts. IFS creates inner and outer connectedness. Our parts shift only when there is trust to be there, connected & attuned.

Intensives are personalized to meet your needs in terms of schedule and goals with therapeutic work. Intensives provide additional, concentrated support in a shorter amount of time (i.e. 5 hours on a weekend day).
